1. Does it create a lot of dust?
Whilst it can create a lot of dust the immediate area will be dust sheeted by us prior to the works commencing to minimise the mess.

2. Do I need to do anything in preparation for your visit?
We would request that all electrical items i.e. televisions, computers and any ornaments are removed from the immediate area as there can be an amount of floating dust. Also if you have window dressings/ swags & tails we would request that these are taken down prior to our arrival.

3. What happens to the window over night?
The window will be put back into place overnight to secure the property, and keep it weather tight.

4. Are the works carried out at the property?
All repairs are carried out at the customer's property. We would preferably work outside if the weather permits, but should the British weather not be on our side we would ask that provision be made for work to be carried out undercover i.e. an empty room, garage, car port etc.

5. Can I view examples of your work?
Certainly, should you wish to view a recently completed renovation or one from years ago please contact us and we will provide details.

6. Can I have just one window done?
Yes of course. We actually suggest you initially have 1 or 2 windows done so you can get a measure of our quality/service. Quite a few of our clients have 3-4 windows done a year to coincide with their decorating time scale.

7. Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, it is compulsory with a limited company, but as to date I have never made a claim!
